• Those are NOT tattoo designs and purchasing a commission DOES NOT give you permission to take my work to another artist. However, upon completion of the art commission, it is possible to discuss with me the possibility to get it tattooed (similar terms as my flash designs). Some limitations apply as this opportunity will be determined by the design itself, the desired placement as well as my general availability to include you in my agenda. The price of art commissions is not included in the tattoo cost.
   

• Prices are subject to change in the future.
   

• I reserve myself the right to refuse any projects, no matter the reason.
   

• There is unfortunatelly a maximum of projects I'll be able to work on simultaneously during each commission round. If your project isn't selected this time around, it's nothing personal! I'll only be picking up a few projects at a time to ensure their quality and completion.

• Pricing is in CAD and can be paid through Interac e-transfer. 
   

• Commissions have to be paid 100% upfront.
   

• Once your project has been accepted, you will receive further instructions for payment and delivery.

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece & other work. Please allow a few weeks at most for completion and delivery. You will be notified by e-mail once I start working on your project and I might ask you to provide additional details/references if needed.
   

• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image (PNG) along with a web-friendly size by e-mail. 
   

• If you have requested a physical copy of the artwork, please allow an additional delay for printing & postage.
   

• The physical copy you will receive consists of a single-copy limited-edition art print (stamped and signed) resulting from a digitally cleaned inked hand-drawing or digital artwork.  

• As my art process allows me to draw final images directly in ink without having to do an elaborate sketch beforehand, it means that there will be no drawing revisions and sketches sent upon the final delivery (same as  when I draw tattoo designs for my clients). By ordering an art commission from me you agree that the digital delivery you will receive is the final design. 
   

• If I have the need of clarifications, exta reference images, informations or approoval regarding the final drawing, I will contact you through e-mail or instagram to discuss.
   

• The visual outcome of your idea relies solely on trust in my style and experience and the clarity of the description you provide when requesting a custom art commission. Each drawing will reflect the visual aesthetic you can see through my portfolio on social media (black and red graphic artwork).
   

• A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made. The amount depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

I, Ralkinz (the artist):

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
   

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
   

• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms. Exception made if you desire to get your design tattooed by me ONLY.
   

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):
 

• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
   

• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to Print-on-demand-services, make prints, etc.)
   

• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
   

• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
   

• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork (or an altered version of it) to get it tattooed by another tattoo artist.
   

The following is considered copyright infringement:​
 

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
   

• Claiming the artwork as your own.
   

• Altering the artwork without my consent.
   

• Getting the artwork (or an altered version of it) tattooed by another tattoo artist.

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
   

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
   

• If you are getting a refund, I will transfer the money back to you myself.

>>What I like drawing:

- Animals (especially birds) & Nature in general (plants and flowers)

- Fanarts (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney, Games, Movies & TV series, etc)

- Architecture or Objects
- Abstract art (ink splashes or geometry)
- Negative-space designs (mostly for logos: movies, music, landmarks, etc)

- Funny cartoony creatures and monsters

- Skeletons (human / animal)

>> What I don't draw:

- Lettering

- NSFW or Pornography

- Hateful art

- Imitating someone else's artstyle

- Religious art

>> What I don't feel like drawing often:

- Portraits (both real people and pets) - you need to provide a clear, high-resolution,  contrasted picture with a good angle I can work with to be considered

- Full sized humans - (I mostly prefer lady-faces only)

- Too many different ideas combined in a single drawing
